Orders are usually processed within 2 - 3 business days from the time the order is placed. 

Returns

You can return your item 14 days from the date you received it.
Items that can’t be returned include: Discounted / Sale Items, Burned candles

On initial burn please allow melt pool to reach the edge to avoid tunneling

Trim your wick 1/4 inch before each burn. Helps with an even burn & reduces sooting

Stop burning the candle when there is approximately 1/4 inch remaining

Never burn your candles for more than 4 HOURS at a time

Burn within sight

Burn on heat-resistent surface

Keep out of reach of children & pets

Avoid use in drafty areas & near flammable materials

KEEP WAX FREE OF TRIMMINGS & FOREIGN MATERIALS
